Erhardt Adjustment Company, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Thomas E. Erhardt. Prior to founding Erhardt Adjustment Company, Inc., Tom had spent 15 years working for a local independent adjusting firm. During his career, he has served as the President of the New York Association of Independent Adjusters (NYAIAI) as well as the Eastern Regional Vice President of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA) & President of the International Institute of Loss Adjusters (IILA).
Erhardt Adjustment Company, Inc.’s current President Mike Erhardt is an active member of the New York Association of Independent Adjusters (NYAIAI) where he has served as President of the association. Mike is also a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA) as well as the International Institute of Loss Adjusters (IILA) & carries designations as a Certified Insurance Appraiser (CIA) & Certified Insurance Umpire (CIU).
